Class Descriptions

Starting Yoga (Beginner)
Starting Yoga classes are for beginners and those wanting a refresher on the basics.

 Mon 5:30 - CANCELED
 Tues 12noon - 1pm
 Thurs 12noon - 1pm
 Thurs 5:30 - 6:45pm

Enjoying Yoga (Multi-Level)
Enjoying Yoga classes are open to those who have completed at least two 12-week Starting Yoga series or have equivalent prior yoga experience.  Students are guided into the first stage of a posture and then into gradually deeper stages, so that each person may practise at a level appropriate to her or his own body.

 Sun 4:30 - 5:45pm
 Tues 5:30 - 6:45pm
 Weds 12noon - 1pm
 Fri 12noon - 1pm

Gentle Yoga (All Levels)
Gentle Yoga classes are for seniors, those dealing with injury or illness, or just feeling sore.

 Tues 10 - 11:15am
